Above All Auto Glass

I contacted Grainger Nissan in Savannah to see who they recommended for windshield replacement. They recommended Bobby at Above All Auto Glass. I immediately contacted Bobby at Above All Auto Glass by text. He responded by requesting my VIN, which I immediately provided. No response from Bobby until September 21st, where he apoIogized for not responding sooner. He stated he had been busy. No problem, I am a very patient person. I then contacted my insurance company, who emailed to Bobby a work order. Exactly one week later Bobby texted me the price for an OEM windshield and a price for an aftermarket windshield. I reminded him that my insurance company had approved the installation of an OEM windshield. After that, there was no further response from Bobby at Above All Auto Glass. On October 20th, after a month of patiently waiting, I contacted Above All Auto Glass and informed them that I had decided to use another auto glass company for replacement of my windshield. My patience only runs so far and it became evident that Above All Auto Glass was not interested in my business and and had no intention of replacing the windshield on my vehicle. This is unfortunate since Grainger Nissan had vouched for the reliability and quality of work of Above All Auto Glass.
