EDIT: so I developed some very small tears in the tint on the driver window, and even though they claim to honor the work for life, they refused to replace the tint on the driver window. HOWEVER, the owner is super knowledgeable! The lead installer is a young Latino. The guy is super helpful & WILLING to help! Their equipment prices are high (if they can get the merch). But their prices (to install & do tint work)…are very reasonable. UPDATE: Brought my vehicle back here a 2nd time to get 2 speakers swapped (from rear – front) & 2 “new” installed (rear). Not only was I charged $125 MORE than quoted…the installer BROKE my door lock, door clips, lost hardware and didn’t put my panels back on. At the end of the day, my door wouldn’t “open OR close” (from the inside OR out). Now, I, have to pay to get it fixed. Exceptional service, not often seen these days. I don’t know when I’ve had a more professional, friendly vendor experience. Fair pricing, outlined for clarity—-they sorted out a car stereo disaster created by my teen and his friends. We found them only after checking around and having been treated rudely by several shops in the Athens area. Worth the trip to Gainesville. The owner came out to the parking lot to thank us for our patronage and to tell us that if we need anything or have any issues to be back in touch and they’d be happy to help. They’ve won a customer for life and I’ll tell everyone I know. Plus, the smile on the teenager’s face, priceless.
