Review: I have come to the realization, any project with the official DIY stamp should include another:
DIYEFT – Do It Yourself Except For Tony
I did an extremely stupid thing that resulted in a crap ton of micro-scratches. Invested good money in a scratch removal system and ended up with swirl marks all over the car. DIY my eye!
Oh…and the scratches remained. Ugh.
Went to Done In Detail for a miracle and the team freaking delivered! Not only were the scratches and swirl marks removed, but the car was Showroom Ready! Apparently a walk-in toured the shop at the same time and made several comments on how nice my car looked. I legit did not see or hear him, because I was transfixed on the car myself. LOL!
Lane & AP are the real deal.
-They are passionate about cars.
-They have put in the work to learn the Ins-and-Outs of the car care industry, including the latest techniques.
-They are the epitome of professionalism and customer service.
-They will set the appropriate expectations, yet work damn hard to over deliver.
These guys are pros and will take great care of your car. Their pricing is quite fair and within the industry standards, so please leave the lowballing tactics at the door.

Review: Lane was awesome to work with, he spoke with me at length about paint correction and ceramic coating for my Mustang and got me in right away. He was also extremely accommodating of my schedule and the fact that I’m almost 2 hours from him. The results are outstanding, the price was reasonable, and the communication through the process was extremely reassuring. I plan on doing more business with them in the future

Review: Dropped off my GT3 for a detail. The shop is very clean, organized, and a convenient location. Lane did an amazing job cleaning my entire car, including my wheels…it was filthy from a track day. I appreciated the quick turnaround on my car and communication during the process. Once I arrived to pick up my car, they reviewed everything they saw on the car and made sure I was satisfied. I’ve already recommended to several friends. I will be back! The price is very reasonable based on the service and quality of work. Highly recommend!

Review: This is the first time I have had PPF installed on a vehicle of mine. I was referred to Lane from the window tint company I use as they stated they send all their customers to him. At my first appointment with Lane, I was completely satisfied by his method of explaining the process to me and his attention to detail was impeccable. The fact he is a “car guy”, like myself, I knew his shop would be to one I would use. No need for another estimate! We made an appointment and from that point he was available through texting to answer any questions I had up to the day I picked up the vehicle. His customer service level is amazing, especially due to the fact he physically does the work along with another technician. When I picked up my vehicle, I was amazed at how good it looked and how the PPF made the paint look even better than it did when I dropped it off. The best way to describe it is as if the car had just come off the showroom floor. I would highly recommend Done In Detail to anyone I know and without a question you will be “100% Satisfied”.
