When I called back, someone else answered the phone and stated she would take down my information and pass it along. I guessing the guy that hung up on me the first time stated that they are not accepting any cars for tint or audio, which he could’ve stated at first. Bad customer service. To answer your question, no, your answering service didn’t pick up a lady aswered the phone. She proceeded to ask me if there was anyone in particular I wanted to speak. I told her no, I just need a quote on getting some audio work done. After I could finish someone in the background, I stopped her and stated “oh we are not accepting any cars for tint or audio right now.” Which he could’ve clearly said in the beginning instead of hanging up the phone. —– Author: Trina Belle Rating: 1/5 Date: 4/19/2021, 7:45:53 PM Review: I called twice today to get a price about installing a back up camera in my car, I gave them my name & phone number nobody called me back. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE this was a waste of my time calling this company 👎🏼
