Review: I wanted to try out this detail services due to it’s high ratings, yet I believe the owner need to brief their employees on how their services operates per their each day of service.
On Saturday, one of this establishment employer gave me a quote on a particular detail service I’ve wanted. The employer asked me if I would like the service to be complete on that day (Saturday), I told him that I will return the next day (Sunday). On the next day (Sunday), I arrived to receive the detail service that the employer had quoted the previous day (Saturday). Another employer stated to me that Sundays are appointment only. Now why the employer that I’ve talked to on the previous day (Saturday) didn’t mention this to me or offered to schedule me for Sunday?
I would never know the answer because they lost a potential customer.
