I’m 26yrs old keep that in mind. I guess bc I’m younger they thought they could pull one over on me. The average price to steam clean a cars carpet is 75-100 dollars anywhere else but for them it’s 200 and the reason why they chose to up-charge is just crazy to me. They had seen a little bit of carpet freshener powder on the floor and I mentioned the back seat had a slight mildew smell so they charged an extra 100-125 dollars. I can’t really tell you how much extra they charged bc they wouldn’t give me a definite price over the phone but the average price for a steam cleaning everywhere else I called was 75-100 dollars and a few of these places even told me a regular steam cleaning would get rid of that slight smell and there is no reason to raise the price. I went to another place they charged 75 dollars and got rid of the smell and also did the outside. I asked so you don’t charge for the little bit of powder that’s on the floor they said “it’s just carpet freshener”. In conclusion these women were very disingenuous from the jump I’m not saying don’t go to them bc they maybe good at other things but I wouldn’t if I wanted someone that values the customer. When I say they dead serious started up-charging me as soon as I walked in without even giving me a quote first or even seeing the car I mean as soon as I walked in. The lady just kept saying “that’ll be extra, that’ll be extra”. There was barely anything to even clean bc I cleaned and vacuumed before coming but because of that small amount of powder and slight mildew smell which they wouldn’t have known about unless I told them they changed 125 dollars more than the average price. Before considering this place just make sure to call around and ask other car detailers questions because they definitely don’t keep the customers best interest in mind.
