The speakers were bad, and the radio did not have Bluetooth. I called over to dealer options and told them what I needed. We set an appointment for the install, and I left it with them. I picked it up today and am beyond satisfied with the components that they chose to install. The quality of the install is absolutely first rate. Their attention to detail is perfect. We wanted a dash cam and he researched, purchased, installed/wired and taught us all aspects of the cam. He has outstanding professionalism, responds immediately and alway makes his customer’s feel that they are top priority. If you want to upgrade anything with your vehicle go to this business. My daughter currently lives in Augusta and was having a problem with her car stereo. Years ago, I had the privilege of meeting Ernie the owner of Dealer Options, so my only phone call was to them. The stereo is an aftermarket Kenwood unit, that was in the car when we bought in about two years ago. I called and spoke to Josh about a replacement, and it was going to cost almost $800. When my daughter arrived for the installation after noticing that it was a very expensive unit and only 3 years old they decided to update it to see if that would fix the issue, and it worked! Josh called me back and told me what they did and there would NOT be a charge! I did not feel right with this so he and I worked out a charge for their work. In today’s crazy and uncertain times I am sure that someone else would have taken advantage of this situation. This is exactly the reason I called Dealer Options! If you want to deal with honest professionals like Ernie and Josh call them! Customer service is super friendly and helpful. Brad is my go to man. He is simply the best. He has helped me every time I go there, even meeting me at the door. I have had an issue with a tonneau cover for my truck, reordering one for me and when I still had problems with that particular brand he resolved the issue by ordering a different brand for me and having it installed.
