Review: Have purchased here before with a great experience. Today wasn’t the same.
Called Monday to get a few prices on bedcovers. Guy was super nice. We landed on the Xtang 2.0 for $525 + tax INSTALLED. Called today to check if it came in and the lady who answered was also super nice said yes.
She said I could come now (11:20) or after lunch at 1. I told her I could be there in 20 mins and she said come on. So I headed over and was helped quickly. She told me to just wait up front and they would get it installed. I paid and waited. I waited around 20-30 mins and a guy came out and asked if he could help me and I said just waiting on the bed cover. He said “it’s in your bed”. So I said ok and left. I’m just wondering why I paid $525 + tax INSTALLED if it just got put in the bed of my truck. If I have to install I could have ordered from Realtruck myself.

Review: Went looking for a tonneau cover for my pickup. Honestly, the store didn’t look like much. NEVER JUDGE A BOOK BY THE COVER. Help was immediate, informative and very helpful. Price and installation were in the range I was expecting. An appointment was set for just a couple of days.
On the day of my appointment they gave me a time estimate and took the truck into the shop faster than I expected. It came out in well less than an hour. The installer demonstrated all the features and how to operate the tonneau. All in all, a pleasant and friendly experience.

Review: I was having an issue with my Retrax Tonneau Cover where it was getting more and more difficult to slide it both open and closed. We are in the middle of a camping road trip covering several states and decided to stop by the Line-x dealer in Athens Georgia. I arrived without an appointment, explained my issue to the owner and he got some tools and in less than thirty minutes the problem was corrected and I was on my way. The customer service from both the husband and wife owners was the best. I recommend this business highly.

Review: I got a bedliner installed a a couple of windows tinted. I made an appointment on a Tuesday at 8 AM. They were ready for me and I was really impressed not only with the quality of their workmanship, but their customer service. They had me in and out in a little over an hour. I had a few questions before deciding on one of their services, and they helped guide through the process for which I am thankful. This company is great! You won’t be disappointed. I now know where to go for all of my vehicle accessories!

Review: very happy with the customer service and the friendliness of the company. I was concerned with what looked like over spray (basically looked like a black dust ) but come to find out and with my mistake it was spray up from near by road work that I went through. I apologize to the company for the confusion.
I would highly recommend this line-x of Athens to do any spray work you need done.
