Brian the owner was very thorough in his explanations of their pricing structure and services and answered all my questions. I also had window tinting done; job was fine except for a few moisture spots on the drivers’ side. Brian spent a huge amount of time carefully explaining the science of ceramic coatings, and the three tiers of ceramic application available. I opted for the middle tier providing for 7 years’ warranty since I do not intend on keeping the car longer than 6 years. The prices quoted were very competitive, especially considering Reflections Auto Spa is a Ceramic Pro Elite Authorized center. I also decided to include the interior ceramic care and “wheels-off” wheel package, as well as their best window tint for the front windows. After waiting 3 months for this 2024 GLS 450 to arrive, I immediately drove straight to USA Reflections – even if it meant waiting another few days to finally enjoy the purchase. They did an amazing job on my SUV which needed some serious TLC. I got the window tint and paint correction services coupled with the ceramic coating- I am very impressed with the results. The window tint was done professionally and looks sleek and stylish. The paint correction made my car look brand new, removing all the scratches, swirls, oxidation and brake dust residue. Brian and his staff were friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. They explained everything and gave me some tips on how to maintain my car’s appearance. The price was reasonable and worth every penny. I would highly recommend Reflections Auto Spa to anyone who wants to give their car a makeover. I made 4 visits before even deciding to move forward. With each visit, Brian and staff were always very patient and informative, and with no push. Finally, at a reasonable price, which so kindly included a first responders discount, I moved forward with all of the prep, detailng, and ceramic coating. They completed the work promised on time, and as agreed. But! Though not their claim to fame, I must comment on their Extra effort with a significant 2 inch paint chip I had. Now its virtually invisable!!! Needless to say, I am very pleased with their work. A totally professional and excellent business. For any detailing, and especially ceramic coating, I would NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!
