Spoke to the owner who was very nice and made the situation right. Thanks Bill I look forward to picking up the speaker. Disappointed. I called before I drove 45 min without traffic for a JL12 tw3 4 ohm. The guy I spoke to said yes they had brand new stock. Great. Went to pick it up and spoke to the guy that I spoke to on the phone a rude guy with glasses. He’s looking all around looking under boxes. I said I don’t want an open floor model. I called and asked for a brand new in box you said you had stock. A few minutes later he comes out the back saying “ I have egg on my face” all he has was an empty box. He said I’ll sell you a floor model with a box for the same price. I said what is the price. In my opinion his response to me was disrespectful with attitude. I’m not the one who said you had a new product. I don’t have any use for the box and specifically asked for a brand new in box. If the guy says they have a speaker in stock. Ask them to put their hands on it. And if they mess up don’t give the customer attitude he drove a long way. I can’t trust that the floor model wasn’t used. She was professional, explained the tint types clearly, levels of tint and was kind and courteous. Got my windshield tinted after having it replaced from a crack. They installed a backup camera GPS and the rest of all the goodies. The price was 2000 it took them half the time new price was 1000. If you want to go there and get it done right and have great honest customer service.
