I had asked the individual on the phone how much a clear acrylic set would be and if they would be able to apply the chrome powder I will provide. They individual at the front advised me it would be $40 + $15 to apply the product of said powder. I was fine with that no problem. However, when I get there, I got the technician “Helen” who was showing me the prices for pedicures, but I had told her I just wanted the basic pedicure for $33. However, it ended up being $5 more dollars for the French to be included. When it came to getting my nails done, she was super rude and told me to go speak to the gentlemen at the front counter over the pricing situation on the phone. She stated “you probably did not ask”…but I always ask before coming in for a service because some businesses have scammed me and shoved their prices in my face. My cost came out to $103, and I gave her a generous tip despite the circumstances as to where she did not provide a great service and provided me with what I initially had asked for which was clear acrylic (where it looks transparent and clear with applied chrome powder). My nails are disfigured and not well shaped as to almonds. At the end of the service, she seemed like she was ready to leave and was just rushing me (not pleasant at all, I kept thanking her and she just kept muttering under her breath). Was not a great experience and will not be returning back or recommending this location to colleagues or friends. PS if someone calls asking if you have clear acrylic and you do not have that product do not lie about it just to reel in new clients. I also asked for a certain color which they proceeded to tell me they have and they did the completely wrong them, left with bumps and spots on my nails.
