They had trouble getting the paint protection film to stick properly. Basically they ended up doing everything on my truck twice until they were satisfied with the outcome . They charged me the original agreed on price even though they ended up having to do double the work. In the end ; my truck came out looking like a show truck . They stuck with the task and Juan was more picky than me as far as the final outcome. I was extremely pleased with the final outcome and Juan and Sigma KORE will be doing my other cars . As soon as I inquired about pricing Juan reached out almost immediately, I inquired at a few places and he was the most urgent and could not have been any nicer. I dropped my car off Wednesday for a paint correction and ceramic coating and picked it up Friday morning and the vehicle looks brand new. Staff is super cool and any questions I had were answered and Juan was great to keep in touch with. Would recommend Sigma Kore to anyone! Don’t drop off your vehicle early before talking to them as there isn’t much parking in that business park. They did miss a few very minor things under the back seat, but the paint and tires looked great.
