Review: WORST PLACE EVER!!!! I brought a working head unit in to get installed, they broke the head unit and didn’t give no money back or even half. terrible customer service white guy in charge had slick stuff to say the black guy in charge told me there was something wrong after I paid for head unit and never got to look at vehicle before because they had my key. As soon as my payment went through then they told me it wasn’t working. Very rude and unprofessional. ZERO stars!!!!!!!!

Review: Customer for life!!! I am blown away by the service, professionalism, diligence, and care I received from Jason and his team! After I replaced a dead battery, my entire multimedia interface died. Jason diagnosed the vehicle, ordered the parts (taking extra time to search for the best value), and fixed it in record time and below budget. Review: I was referred to Mike @ Audio Addictions regarding my pre-existing auto start, specifically with it all of a sudden setting my alarm off after my vehicle started. Mike was able to diagnose the issue without having to purchase a new unit. Awesome customer service from start to finish! Definitely going back Audio Addictions for any stereo or auto start needs in the future and recommend them to everyone I know and anyone reading this Review.
