Author: j ant Rating: 2/5 Date: 1/28/2025, 7:17:40 PM Review: The bed looks great, but get the total price out the door from them, they tried to charge me 100 more dollars in junk fees, the price they didn’t include sales tax and credit card fee on top of other junk fees they tried to charge. Normally a business like this doesn’t charge sales tax for a service, only on the product not the labor? Questionable practices, made the end experience not to good. —– Author: j ant Rating: 2/5 Date: 1/28/2025, 7:17:40 PM Review: The bed looks great, but get the total price out the door from them, they tried to charge me 100 more dollars in junk fees, the price they didn’t include sales tax and credit card fee on top of other junk fees they tried to charge. I have been restoring a 1996 Chevrolet K1500 (Silverado) and I brought it in to get an opinion on replacing the existing failing rubberized bed liner. Initially, I spoke with Shree (sp?) who is the owner of the franchise and one of his applicator’s whose name I didn’t catch. We discussed options and narrowed down what I wanted. I was given a quote and left. A few weeks later I decided to move forward with the application so I called and explained some scheduling constraints that I had. They were very accommodating and we confirmed a drop-off and pickup time. I dropped the vehicle off on a Monday morning. I was leaving for vacation the next day so they offered to keep it in the shop until I got back (because it was only until Saturday). They sent me photos while I was gone of the progress. I returned on Saturday and picked up the vehicle and paid. The only hiccup was in pricing. The quote I received was for ~$850. The invoice I received was for ~$1050. Shree stated this was for prep work that was unanticipated. I argued that it WAS anticipated (as we did discuss at length that the hardest part about the application would be the removal of the existing bed-liner) and Shree agreed, but stated that it still took longer than he thought. I stated that he should’ve called to authorized the charges prior to proceeding with work that would exceed the quoted amount, and Shree agreed and offered to honor the original quote of ~$850. Due to the quality of the work and Shree’s thorough explanation of the requested cost increase, I offered to meet him in the middle and we settled on $950, happily. Regarding the quality.. their applicators absolutely know what they are doing. The hardest and most important part of any adhesive coating application is the surface preparation. I previously mentioned that it would be tough to get the previous bed-liner off.. that’s an understatement. But these guys worked on it until they had it down to bare metal, while being careful enough to not damage the newly painted truck. I can’t speak highly enough of the quality of work that these guys did. They did get a little bit of over spray on my ball hitch, but honestly it was covered in surface rust anyway and anybody that saw it would’ve known that it was probably improved for having the liner on it. Lol Outstanding experience all the way around. —– Author: Mike Reeves Rating: 5/5 Date: 8/18/2021, 10:10:11 PM Review: Overall five-star experience. Quality product and customer service. Customer service was outstanding from the initial call to quote to the pick up of the vehicle. Prices are phenomenal and the quality of work on the liner I had sprayed in is outstanding. They’re amazing! Highly recommend. —– Author: Christina Cline Rating: 5/5 Date: 7/19/2021, 8:50:31 PM Review: Great business. Author: Allyssa Bradford Rating: 1/5 Date: 5/26/2024, 10:29:18 PM Review: I purchased a set form running boards from this business and after month of having them on the truck they started rusting. The running boards have a lifetime warranty on them. I have talked to the owner multiples times about getting them replaced. Every time I speak with him he asks me to send him pictures for the warranty replacement which I have done several times. I never hear anything back from him. I have made several trips over to the store to try to get them to help/start a warranty replacement and each time they say they will handle it and call me back in a few days with an update. I have yet to hear anything from them. I have been trying to get them replaced for several months now! I am typically not the type of person to leave a review, but the customer service I have received from this business is some of the worst I have yet to experience. So my hope is that maybe I can save someone else from going and spending their hard earned money with a company that does not hold up their end of the deal. The guy that sold the running boards to me talked me into getting this specific set because of the lifetime warranty. Clearly the quality is terrible when they started to rust a month after having them and now they are refusing to replace them even though they have a lifetime warranty. —– Author: Mark Schumacher Rating: 5/5 Date: 8/24/2021, 11:46:11 AM Review: The service was fast and friendly. —– Author: Mike Reeves Rating: 5/5 Date: 8/18/2021, 10:10:11 PM Review: Overall five-star experience.
