Review: Bay Area Solar Solutions has the most stellar customer service I’ve ever experienced. We had our panels installed in 2019 and the whole process was a breeze. Since then we had one panel with a warrantied issue and one that was shot by a neighbor that doesn’t understand physics. But Christine at Bay Area Solar Solutions got us fixed up both times and it was painless. If you’ve ever worked with a contractor or had anyone do any work on your home, you know this is rarely the case. The first panel was replaced without us even knowing. The second panel was just recently so Christine has had to search to find a replacement but did it quickly and efficiently. I am so impressed and grateful!
