They were knowledgeable about different options and gave me a good price. My wife was satisfied and loves the tint on her car. My experience was so good that I came back to get some tint repaired on my car. Whoever handles their email correspondence is wonderful with questions and setting up the appointments. I was astonished at the price difference from what I was quoted and what I was charged. I called and I said I’d pay it but I am very disappointed at the expectation set vs what was charged. Tatiana said not to pay it and she’d speak with her manager. Her manager called me, his name was Louis. I told him I’d pay the difference but I was not happy about being quoted one thing and charged another. I thought maybe they misquoted me because I have an Outback (some people consider it a wagon, not an SUV). Instead of owning the mistake and telling me I was misquoted or even taking an interest in trying to understand how this could have happened, he decided to go the route of telling me there was NO possible way I was quoted $250. He definitely escalated the call and was not interested in hearing how they could have possibly made a mistake. When we arrived for our appointment, they said the price didn’t include the full windshield, even though their own written quote sent to me via email included the sizes for the job I requested. Said they couldn’t honor their quote, that they “made a mistake”. Typical bait and switch tactics. Took my business elsewhere. The front desk receptionist Tatiana is very knowledgeable, cordial and helpful. They have a nice waiting area while the car is being worked on. A local dealership recommended highly them.
