Review: I used this nail salon for almost two years until I got so tired of management and the check in people rushing the staff to get done for the next customer. The quality definitely went down and the price was ridiculously high. For ombré healthy nails I was charged 72.00! And she had to redo them so I was at the salon for well over an hour and a half. Please stop rushing the staff so they can do their job diligently. Biggest flaw. I found a new salon and am very happy with their service. I hate leaving bad reviews but that was ridiculous what they charged me the last time I used them.

Review: I have been coming here for about a year or a little more and really liked them until today 1-14-23. I had an appointment for me and 2 of my daughters at 9:30. They called at 9:32 to see if I was coming and I stated that I would be there in 5 minutes. The person that called hesitated and I asked if that was a problem. She said yes because they have back to back appointments. I then informed her that almost everytime I have been here, I have had to wait 10 minutes or so even when I had an appointment and you’re telling me 5 minutes is an issue. There has even been a time a 2 when I had a 9:30 and the shop wasn’t even open yet, but again me being 5 minutes away is a problem. Not sure when or if I shall be returning due to this poor customer service I received today.
In response to the below comment: MY APPOINTMENT WAS NOT HELD FOR 10 MINUTES. I RECEIVED A CALL AT 9:32 (2 minutes after my scheduled time) AND STATED I WOULD BE THERE IN 5 MINUTES. 2+5=7 MINUTES. The time I scheduled was a convenient time, I was held up in traffic coming from North Fort Pierce.

Review: Girlfriend went in for nails, tech was very rough and had her on the edge of crying. Tech also wouldn’t do another coat when she asked which is unacceptable as your business is customer service.
