She’s amazing but management sucks. I booked a keratin and they said it would be $250 unless there’s extra product used. When I went to pay the girl tells me prices went up. And it’s $300 now. That’s not the way to do business. I knew this spa has been here for years but this was my first visit. I walked in and was greeted by Jessica, very kind and made me feel very comfortable. The spa is beautiful. She walked me to the treatments room waiting area which is beautiful, very cozy and relaxing. Kristina was my massage therapist and wow. I had a 90 min massage, she listened to everything I said, she did an amazing job. The room was very peaceful and calming. I loved everything about it and will definitely go back and refer others. The friend who have me the gc used Dahlia and said she was amazing as well. I got my hair done last week and wasn’t happy with the outcome. I called a couple days later to see if I could get in and the receptionist said I would have to wait 9 days!!! Which is unexcepable. She then took my name and said someone would call me back to see if I could get in sooner. No one ever called me back . I am very upset. It was a very expensive apt and felt like the stylist didn’t listen to what I wanted that day and Just got by with what she had to do. And that wasn’t even good. Felt my services that day were way over priced as well. I asked for her to cover my grey’s… she placed color on only the crown of my head and maybe 6 foils around the hair line. That bled through so I had marks of demarcation when I pulled my hair back. I would have loved to been offered a refund so I could go else were to have this fixed but no one offered me that. After waiting 3 days for a call back I called and told them to cancel all future apts then she offered to get me in as soon as the next day. The ladies are very very nice and the experience is always pleasant. However the quality of work does not match the price. I never leave with what I ask to be done. $300+ everytime but my hair looks like it was barely touched.
