The windows and sliding doors were of high quality. The team leader and workers were very experienced, competent and attentive to my needs. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They covered all my furniture and they did a thorough cleanup after they were done. They were all very pleasant and worked in harmony with one another. When my parents informed Jake via text that they wouldn’t be available for the scheduled inspection, he didn’t respond to confirm a reschedule. Instead, my father later received a message stating he owed money, which was incorrect, as we have proof of payment. Proper bookkeeping would have prevented this confusion, yet there was no apology—just a dismissive remark that the message was sent in error. Jake then deflected the conversation, asking about the inspection status, which he should have known given the text sent that morning. The way Jake raised his voice and threatened not to reschedule the inspection was highly unprofessional. Customers should not be spoken to this way, especially when they’re trying to accommodate the company’s process. If a client isn’t available, a professional company should be flexible in rescheduling as many times as necessary to complete the service. Moreover, they seem to try to cover up negative reviews by soliciting new ones. The impact hurricane windows themselves are of exceptional quality, providing not only enhanced security but also improved energy efficiency, less sound pollution and aesthetic appeal to my home. The installation team worked diligently and efficiently, ensuring that the windows were installed perfectly and within the promised timeframe. In addition to the fantastic installation team, the office staff at Assured Strong Protection deserves special recognition. Amanda James, Tina Manousos, and Ana were incredibly polite and hospitable throughout the entire process. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor made all the administrative aspects seamless and stress-free. They were always available to answer any questions and provided excellent customer service. So when I needs new impact windows, I again turned to Assured. Both experiences were excellent — from start to finish! The salespeople are very knowledgeable AND not high pressure. They thoroughly explained all options. The team of installers were on time, efficient and neat. There was very little cleanup required.
