Review: Abraham was great, I had been in an accident where my glasses were destroyed. he was able to get the new ones out in under 45min and help me with the price I will definitely be coming here for future eyeglass needs.

Review: Went into this location on Saturday, August 12, 2023 to get my 5-year-old some glasses. I didn’t see the doctor, as he goes to a pediatric eye doctor, I just needed to purchase glasses. I sat with an older gentleman and explained that I wanted to use my vision insurance benefits to use towards a pair of glasses for my son. He refused to run my insurance after I insisted three times. He explained to me that vision insurance is pointless and I’m better off paying out right store prices for everything (fishing for commission?). After asking one more time, he refused, insisting what I wanted was wrong. I politely left and told him that I didn’t like the way he was treating me. I received no apology from him or any one else to correct the issue. All I wanted was for my insurance to be used to purchase glasses and he refused and ridiculed me for having insurance.
10/10 would not recommend. They have their own agenda, and customer service is not on it.

Review: These guys were life savers ! I lost my glasses on the beach and I can’t drive without them. The shop at Palm Beach Gardens got me a pair of glasses the same day literally 6 hours after I stepped into the shop. Everyone at that location did their best to help considering one machine was down and they had to get the glasses from another location. The price was also excellent for 2 high quality pair even with zero insurance coverage.

Review: I visited Eyeglass World in Palm Beach Gardens. The customer service was exceptional. Both Tea and Garrin are exemplary employees. Knowledgeable, patient, kind, and helpful every step of the transaction. Even gave me direction on selecting glasses that were stylish for a senior citizen. When they found out I was driving back to Key West in two hours they wanted me to have a correct pair of glasses for the journey. Garrin said he could cut the lenses and have them ready in the timeframe. They are true customer service professionals and represent their company accordingly. 5 Stars each.

Review: Such a clean and beautiful environment, the customer service was amazing and the workers their do more than just their job and i love it! Courtney Vestal was the one who helped me today in purchasing 2 brand new glasses that i had to take home the SAME DAY! She was great help and i really suggest getting your glasses here.

Review: Eyeglass World was super efficient. Scheduled an exam and was given an appointment same day, Brian took care of the whole process, admit, exam prep and even prepared my glasses Same day. Seth made up the glasses in under an hour, tested sight and fitting as the store was ready to close. Amazing customer service. Thank you for a great experience 😊

Review: this place is fantastic, the entire staff was attentive and professional and eagerly follow up with through the entire time you’re there. Dr Lorelli was very good along with his techs Joshua and deaundrey. Rob the optician is friendly and professional. The manager, Courtney, went over and about what could be considered normal customer service, very friendly and approachable.
