Review: I needed a windshield replacement on the leased vehicle (OEM). I called for the estimate and got the price for the aftermarket one as the price for the OEM part. My insurance sent a referral but Glass Doctor never informed me that the part that will be installed on my car is not the OEM part I requested. After the installation was completed I noticed that the windshield was an aftermarket one and asked what happened, they told me that it was a misunderstanding and that if I want the OEM one I need to pay for the second windshield and the installation cost. This shows how little they care for their customers. Whoever is looking at the reviews of this business needs to understand that this is the house glass business and car glass is the side work for them. This means that the majority of reviews are coming from house doors and windows and not from car installations. I wish someone told me this before I went to this place.
