They do amazing work, very timely, their prices are very reasonable, and their customer service is fantastic. If you have a higher end vehicle and are tired of dealing with the dealer maintenance departments, go to Black Horse. They provided the best experience I’ve ever had at an automotive facility or dealership! ALL of the staff members were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional, the facilities were immaculate, and the quality of the vehicle pre-inspection and subsequent services provided was second to none! Also, the technicians were very honest and thorough. They only recommended services that were necessary and did not try to force unnecessary services or costs on me. Further, the final price was about half of the quote from the Mercedes dealership. Will not go any place but here. Very honest and very well priced. Best around to be honest. The shop is so well run. Full service on luxury cars and also provide a valet if need be. The customer area is clean and the garage is very well organized. My car had an Alternator replacement, work was done in a timely manner. They are responsibly priced , they drove me home & picked me up when vehicle was ready. I was very pleased with their work . I would recommend this place to anyone and plan to use them again in the future. Bought my 15 Benz S550 that I originally had at a different shop. It was diagnosed wrong by the previous shop. The guys at Black Horse took their time to correctly diag the vehicle and fixed it at a lesser price. Glad to have found this shop. Would definitely recommend to all my loved ones. 5 stars
