They got us in right away and fixed our tire and kindly checked all the other tires as well. They were very honest and extremely reasonably priced! Thank goodness for my cell phone which Madison Automotive came up first as to where we were on the interstate. I called and the woman who answered sounded concerned, asked if we needed a tow truck. Luckly we were able to make it on our own to this shop. The owner (John) and mechanic explained to us what was wrong but just our luck no one had the part we needed. O’Reilly’s could have it first thing the next morning. We were told where lodging was and then the next day John went to OReilly’s in Live Oak and personnaly picked up our part. The mechanic and John were great in keeping us informed on our situation. In a few short hours we were on our way. Very grateful for the location of this garage. My tire blew out on I-10 traveling to Valdosta, GA from Florida. It was a late Saturday afternoon, so many companies were either already closed, wouldn’t answer the phone (likely due to the hour getting later) or couldn’t help us for different reasons. We called Madison Automotive and they saved the day! There were 2 adults and 2 small children in the car, so we were desperate to get off of the side of the interstate. There was a bit of miscommunication, but Madison Automotive followed through and sent someone to get us off of the side of the road even though they were technically closed. They opened the waiting area back up for us and were so nice & accommodating. I was very impressed by their professionalism and friendly service…all at a fair price!
