I needed the back glass of my tahoe replaced. Not only did I get the runaround from them, they would not come to my home. I would have had to drive 1-1/2 hours One way to get to them. So I called my insurance company back and asked if there was anyone else I could go to. They then gave me the information for The Glass Doctor of Valdosta and North Florida. I’m not sure if they have different locations, but I dealt with the location in Madison FL, as it was closest to my home in Perry FL. I called The Glass Doctor of Valdosta Friday evening and had to leave a voice message as it was after hours. They called me back on Monday to get a little more information and to set up an appointment for my repair. I was thinking I would be driving to Madison, to their shop, just as Safelite had requested. To my surprise they came to my home on Tuesday and repaired the chip in my windshield! Just like that!! No hassles, and they came to me! My tech was running a little behind, but he called me and told me what was going on and when I could expect him. In other words, he kept me informed! Super guy, polite, and knew what he was doing. He was out of here in under 30 minutes. I highly recommend The Glass Doctor of Valdosta! To my family, friends and anyone else who is in need of auto glass repair or replacement, look no further!! Great customer service, knowledgeable and friendly technicians, they show up when they tell you they will and they also work with insurance companies! I cannot say enough, good things about them!
