Irfan Qadri Rating: 1/5 Date: 6/4/2024, 11:34:05 PM Review: Had two Tesla’s tinted and wrapped in paint protective film. The sales manager was very responsive from the start. Matched pricing and accommodated drop off requests. Unfortunately, they could not get our vehicles done right. Had to take them back 3 times and then I stopped going. They don’t return calls or texts. They may have price matched, but the quality of work was not good and the headache and disruption to our life was not worth it. —– Author: S. Without me knowing they installed SunTek on the windshield. Left car and windows dirty. I mean this is a shop that does professional detailing and they could not even clean up after themselves. Price was good, and job came out good but I would not recommend. I should have spent the extra money and gone with another shop. Not a fake review, if owner can provide email address I can email the warranty documentation provided by staff which has tint information including the Roll IDs. —– Author: Brigitte Loper Rating: 5/5 Date: 7/13/2021, 8:21:12 PM Review: I’ve been using Empire for years now. I got lucky to find them when I was looking for mobile detailing services. They have great pricing and they do an amazing job. They’re flexible with scheduling and it’s so convenient to have them come to wherever you are. They’ve never charged me for travel either. I love that they call to check back in and see if you need services again. I don’t think enough businesses check in with their customers. Life is crazy busy and it’s nice that they help me remember to schedule an appt! I just had both my husbands car and mine detailed and they took 5 hrs and did an impeccable job. Both cars look brand new. Also everyone who works for them is just so friendly. I would definitely recommend them!

Author: Kristy Hill Rating: 5/5 Date: 11/5/2024, 9:06:32 PM Review: I have a new 2024 Ford F150 Silver in color. I was interested in protecting the outside since we travel mostly with it. I was pointed to Empire Auto Spa by a friend and went to talk to them about my options. The customer service was excellent and was given what I considered a great information about the process and the materials used. I decided to give them my business and was scheduled the following week to have PPF on the front and roof with the rest of the truck ceramic coated. Picked up my truck this afternoon and was given a walk through with one of the installers who explained everything they did and how I can maintain the look. He explained what to do should I experience any defects. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. Noted: I read in a previous negative review from a customer that they were pressured to tip. I would like to rebut that by saying I was never pressured to do so. I spent a lot of money with them and just didn’t have the extra funds to tip and I was not looked at any different. Thank you to all who had a hand in working on my truck. It looks great! —– Author: Matthew Thomson Rating: 5/5 Date: 10/17/2024, 2:26:02 PM Review: Great service and efficient —– Author: Ben Ellis Rating: 5/5 Date: 9/3/2024, 8:05:54 PM Review: The best place in town for anything aftermarket. PPF, ceramic, rims, tires, performance parts, they are the best at everything. Customer service is better than chick fil a! TOP NOTCH!!! —– Author: DG777 Rating: 1/5 Date: 8/28/2024, 9:16:14 PM Review: Overpriced rates for paint protection film ,(PPF), caliper paint, and wheel powdercoating which is done by Raven powdercoat. The way this shop sells service is like being at a used car lot – fast, rude, no explanations, too busy to answer any questions, always upselling, and extremely quick to take a deposit to move onto the next customer. A few big PPF pieces on my full car were not aligned during install even after being cut by a machine. I had to have a few sections redone. A plastic trim piece was cracked during install, I had to buy a new OEM piece. Several big gaps on a “machine cut” PPF. I was never given an option to purchase a hand cut PPF. Would have preferred to pay extra instead of massive gaps on a machine cut PPF with vertical lines where the PPF meet together. The focus seems to be on doing things fast, but not right. It’s always a game of back and forth phone tag, wasting a customers time to get the right person on the phone since they refuse to give a quote over text or email. This leads me to believe that their rates are variable depending on who owns the vehicle and how much a customer is willing to pay for the same service. They do not value a customers time. Even a 20 minute job requires you to drop off your vehicle overnight, with an early day drop off and a late evening pickup, so it can be displayed in their showroom for other customers to see or on their lot facing the street. I paid $550 for a carbon fiber part from Japan and paid $400 to have it covered by Paint Protection film by Empire. A 4 inch by 20″ piece. Before I could even finish my sentence, they wanted a credit card to hold a spot because they gave me a “repeat customer discount “. Called another shop and got a quote for HALF of Empire, but Empire already had taken my deposit. It wasn’t even done right at Empire, they used a factory part computer cutout to cover an overlay carbon piece with 5mm exposed on the entire carbon piece. Then they wanted me to pay another $200 to get rid of the 5mm gap to have it redone. What a rip-off!! I highly recommend Tinterz for your Paint Protection needs, talk to Diana. She is amazing, friendly, replies by texts and is respectful of a customer and their time. Wish would have gone there the 1st time instead of wasting my time and money at Empire for poor service and poor product. I like to give a shop a chance to fix issues, but unfortunately Empire wasn’t it for me. When others PPF shops say they’re sorry for the quality of product I received at Empire, you get an idea of how horrible their work is. —– Author: robert rockhill Rating: 5/5 Date: 7/23/2024, 11:22:57 PM Review: Fantastic product and unbeatable customer service and expertise. Couldn’t be happier with how the ceramic coating turned out. They are also very knowledgeable and happy to help if you need anything else later on. They have my business as long as they are in business. —– Author: Josh Steiner Rating: 5/5 Date: 10/14/2023, 6:39:14 PM Review: Very friendly staff and extremely knowledgeable! They did an amazing job on my car and will be a long time customer. —– Author: Natasha Scott Rating: 5/5 Date: 6/1/2023, 3:31:01 PM Review: Great customer service, my IS 350 is blinging. Thank you Jamal and team for everything 🤍 —– Author: Denver Martin Rating: 5/5 Date: 11/2/2022, 3:32:15 AM Review: The day after picking my Tesla Model Y Performance I dropped my car off at Empire Auto Spa for full car PPF, window tint front, windshield strip tint, and full car ceramic coat. The work was done with highest professional fit and finish. The work was completed in the estimated time and stayed true to estimate. I have been driving the Tesla daily for over 3 months without any issues. The work has done great in the summer heat, no pealing, gaps, or shifting. I highly recommend. The cost is in alignment with other providers. The customer service was great and they also called a few months after service was completed seeing if any free adjustments were needed. They also reached out after hurricane Ian to see if any complementary touch ups were needed. Again showing they care about their clients. —– Author: Bryan Whitehurst Rating: 1/5 Date: 9/14/2022, 12:38:34 AM Review: We provided numerous hours worth of marketing services including rebuilding websites and social media. They cancelled without notice then disputed $6k. Biggest scam. If they did this to a fellow small business imagine what they do to the customer. —– Author: patrick donnelly Rating: 5/5 Date: 4/18/2022, 7:39:46 PM Review: Excellent service and they do a excellent job they got a customer for life
