I got there 15 minutes early & still waited a whole hour to get two nails fixed. the owners wife did my nails originally, seen when I walked in, asked what she had to fix, and told me just a couple minutes before she can fix my nails. she still took another person who needed a full set before me. they suck at the quality of work and customer service. definitely need a 0 star rating!!! —– Author: Shannon Hunihan Rating: 5/5 Date: 12/10/2023, 7:34:59 PM Review: Always in search of a great nail place here in West Palm – so excited I found this spot right around the corner from my house in the southend! I’ve been to many places all around west palm/lake worth and this place tops them all in terms of service, quality and prices. Mimi did a great job on my nails and put up with all of my weird requests and indecisiveness. She was very patient and kind. The whole staff makes you feel welcome and they treat you like an actual person instead of just another customer they try to get in and out. They take their time too which I really appreciate. I also like that they give their expert advice while helping you make a decision. They even joked and conversed with my me and my sister. It’s just a totally different experience than I’m used to.
