I was looking for some equipment and they came through with the best price and even after the shipping company lost my package they made it right. The professionalism and courtesy always having a great attitude, which should be impossible because there should be days we are not at are best, but not these guys, never showing frustration and patience with our questions. I can’t express how appreciative I am of a great experience and amazing staff. Do not hesitate to go there, don’t shop around you’ll be wasting you time and probably get substandard work elsewhere. The good: they sell quality products at reasonable prices. They are right on schedule and professional to talk with. The bad: when I received my vehicle back it was left in 4×4, the drivers kick panel was left tossed in the back seat. My drivers side reverse light no longer works even tho it’s a brand new LED bulb…. When I went under the vehicle to see why I was astounded to see the shoddy wiring job and routing. Didn’t even use heat shrink on exterior connections… routed the wires around the spare tire so if I ever need to use the tire it’ll rip them out. Utter disgrace, now I get to spend more down time with the vehicle at the mechanic having this disaster cleaned up right so hopefully it won’t burn to the ground in a week. At least the radio works…. for now. But after going to the two Best buys in the area I’m kicking myself for not just going straight here. Not only are these guys professionals in their craft there’s absolutely no pressure. The pricing was reasonable, but what really sold me here is the great customer service. Mike and Abraham were great and I really appreciate the job they did. I even had to come back a different day so they could remount the camera in a slightly different position so it would fit my needs. They gladly took my car in, remounted it with zero issues and it now the viewing angle is exactly what I was looking for. This is the second time I’ve come here to get work done on my cars and I will definitely be back in the future if I need something else done. The folks that work here are great and at the end of the day they genuinely care about the customer. That (won’t mention name) shop workmencraft was sloppy and horribly tuned. Long story short: I set an appmt. with audio logic, Zach took the wires and reinstalled everything properly and tune it right. Audio Logic is truly fantastic at what they do.
