For routine things, it is very common that they call me the same day and tell me it’s ready for pickup. I have found their pricing to be reasonable and they have been very very pleasant to deal with. The girls in the office, and Marcos I have dealt with at least a half a dozen times since January of 2024, and I have yet to have any type of negative experience with them. I rate them five stars. And to be honest a little more, going to Oakland Park to get products from them is out of the way for me when I live in Davie, but the experience has made it worth it. Thank you guys, I appreciate the customer service that you guys have provided. I’ve gotten glass pieces custom cut for dresser tops and recently bought a glass partition for my walk in shower. Great customer service and conveniently located. At least give them a call or a visit to compare pricing. I put my order in for an antique mirror on Friday morning around 10am. I got a call around 11:30am that it was ready for pickup. After trying to install it ourselves, we realized it maybe didn’t fit and that we had measured incorrectly. On Tuesday ( after Labor Day weekend) we called to see if we can have it picked up to be cut down a bit. The owner, Marcos, came by and measured. He said we had the measurements correct and he helped install the mirror by maneuvering it around. He took his time and made sure we were completely satisfied. The mirror came out better than we expected. Price was very fair as well. Upon arrival I was greeted with a smile, then they proceeded to help load my cut glass into my car. THE PRICE WAS TOO, I highly recommend this company. They will be my goto for all my glass and mirror needs. Half the door just shattered into a million pieces (the stationary piece attached to the wall). Spoke to Marcos about it. Said that was a very rare occurrence and he replaced the piece for free with the same great service as when I paid for the initial install.
