The scheduling process was easy and they were always easy to get in touch with. The price was very fair compared to three other companies I had quotes from. They also have a 25% tint which is not too dark, but great at cooling my car and offering me the privacy that I was looking for. I could not be happier!! Overly critical reviews are either dismissed if they’re a one-off or carry the power to undercut a business. I don’t leave reviews right away either. I often find it better to the establishment to allow myself time to digest the service or product I’ve purchased. In many instances, you don’t appreciate the full scale of what a business provides the consumer if you only review the immediate interaction, which is typically the sale itself. The adage “Don’t tell me who you are, show me” is a perfect example of how I try to approach a business and the subsequent review. When making the sale you get the pitch and in some cases that’s it, good or bad, and it’s game, set, and match. In other cases, you come to realize the backbone or core of a business in how it behaves after the sale. Ceramic Pro Daytona offers vehicle protection with ceramic coating, PPF, and window tinting. Protecting your investment isn’t cheap. I recently bought a new vehicle and wanted to add some protection to the outside since I drive a lot of highway miles. I decided to get the PPF on the front-facing portions of the car and ceramic for everywhere else. It cost just shy of $5k which is a substantial amount on top for the new car price itself. Once the job was done it looks amazing and it was doing what I paid for it to do but there were some areas I had concerns about. I hate to be the customer who questions everything but when you’re spending that kind of money I figure if you’re not your best advocate, who would be. Like all situations, things happen and I try to be understanding but I had to return to the shop several times over the course of the last couple of months and I was beginning to question if I’d made a good choice. So two months out from installation and there have been a few setbacks but the thing is, and this is the REALLY important part, the people there have not stopped being the people they were when they were making the sale. They are still warm, friendly, approachable, and true to their word. Eli and Noah have been the guys working to keep me satisfied and they’re not doing it in a maliciously compliant way. You can tell they take pride in what they do and they want you, the customer, to be satisfied and I am. This is so critical to me when dealing with a business because most places only care about you until the sale is final. After that you’re not generating any more revenue for them so you become an interruption or inconvenience to them. That is absolutely NOT the case at Ceramic Pro Daytona. Eli and Noah are Ceramic Pro-fessionals. I have a deep respect for these two men because they could have blown me off and I really thought that was gonna happen. Yet, even after two months of calls and popping in to see them with concerns, they’re still treating me as if they were trying to get me to become a customer and that is rare these days. So my hats off to Hank the owner, his brother Eli the general manager and Noah the PPF installer for being the kind of people they told me they were. Everything about their company is five stars and first class. From the moment you call to get a quote or inquire with questions about the packages they offer their team is top notch with their level of professionalism as well as upfront quotes and prices. The window tint they installed looks amazing and the job was extremely well done. In addition, they have phenomenal products to make sure their detail work is the best around. The simple ease of having the ability to have your car detailed while you’re in the comfort of your own home is absolutely worth it for their mobile detailing option. We love all the options that they have for detail needs and I would highly recommend calling and checking them out for any detail and or window tinting jobs!
