After inquiring if car was done was told I need 2 new tires before alignment can be performed. These guys wasted my time today, if tire wear was a concern for alignment why this was not shared up front, since tech came by to see car and tires? Not only that, when I called i was told alignment will be 129.99 however when I brught the car in i was told 179.99? When challenging the price explanation i got was the person who i spoke initially was new and did not provide correct info. I’ve been taking my vehicle here for years and I signed my company up to get their entire fleet taken care of at this location. They are fair with their prices. Their turnaround is quick all the mechanics that work there. Give you straight and easy to understand explanation of the issues at hand and they never look to gouge like many places. Do. If your vehicle’s in need of repair, tune-up or the likes; This is a place you want to take it just asked for Omar or Mike and tell him Thomas sent you. I called and talked to Randy for the very first time at 7:30 am on a Thursday. We were able to get the car on site around 8:30. Car was done by 10:30. They replaced the battery , fixed the ground cable and threw in a tail light. Price was great. I can’t say enough good things about this place! Randy is the best guy to deal with. I am 1300 miles away with a kid in college (pretty nerve racking when things like this happen) Randy offered towing services and even courtesy drop off etc. this place is awesome.
