The price was not inexpensive, but I’ve learned thru the years, “you get what you pay for”. This rang true the very next day, when I had a problem with the dash cam’s software. I couldn’t get the device to pair with the unit, & I was ready to return it to Amazon. I called up “Sound Decisions” & Bob fit me into his schedule that same day. Instead of removing the unit, Bob took a look at my phone & determined the phone’s ‘VPN” had been the culprit. We shut off the “VPN” & Bob was able to setup the unit to work with the existing software. Total time was about 30 minutes, & it worked flawlessly! Thanks “Bobby”… very much appreciated!
