Diego got me in the next day at 10am for an appointment and within 2ish hours I was called that it was ready for pick up. Prices were extremely reasonable. Shop is clean. Couldn’t say enough good about them and will absolutely be referring any of my friends to them. Thanks Diego! —– Author: Jason Gordon Rating: 3/5 Date: 6/24/2024, 11:27:35 PM Review: Addendum: June 24, 2024 I am pleased to say that the management at the shop had the employee who was dismissive and disrespectful reach out to me this morning and ask me to bring my car back in so that we could come to an agreeable resolution. I am glad the the management and ownership realize the importance of maintaining customer relationships and that they extended an invitation to me to have my concerns properly addressed. I do want to acknowledge that they could have chosen to leave the situation as it was and lose a possible repeat customer and untold revenue as a result of me sharing my experience. Although, I did not get the exact resolution I wanted I was listened to and had my concern addressed in an acceptable manner. In the future I may patronize the shop again but I will definitely be exceedingly clear about what I want and will thoroughly inquire as to whether the shop can provide what I am requesting. Again, I would like to thank the owner and management of the shop for making the right choice and respecting my concern after they’d been paid, some would not have done that and for their effort in achieving an acceptable resolution I am thankful. Do not take your car here! I got a quote for audio install. Explained what I wanted done and Agreed on price. Called back to schedule an appointment and had to explain who I was and what I wanted done again. Scheduled the appointment and explained my install again and was told by 3 different staff members that what I wanted was no issue to install. On my appointment date no one knew who I was or that I had an appointment because the person I spoke to was not at work that day so for a 4th time I explained what I was paying for and was again told it was no problem. The shop took my car in at noon and didn’t contact me til 5:30pm to tell me my car was done when they closed at 5:45 and after they procrastinated all day they rushed me to get my car and no one walked out with me to ensure I was satisfied with the work. In addition the tech installed a remote for the system in the wrong location and when I complained about the error I was told I would need to pay an extra $200 or was told I could just cover the remote with tape or something. My experience here was unprofessional, non-attentive to detail and overall disrespectful and predatory. I was referred by a consultant at one of the local car dealerships who said Performance Pit Shop was the best place to get repairs or a replacement. She sure was right. Victor was incredibly helpful in giving me my options and instead of me needing an entire new radio assembly, I only needed the screen replaced. When I took it in, Victor said it would be done in about three hours but it was completed in an hour! The price was very reasonable and I left there very happy. I have another vehicle that needs a new radio and I definitely know where I’ll be taking it for that. Incidentally, while I waited, other customers came in to pick up their car, which had just received window tints. Talk about happy! Other customers came in for information about different products and I enjoyed watching the professionalism of the team as they explained the different products. At no time did I see anyone try to upsell or pressure the customers into buying something they didn’t want.
