I called him for inside/outside window cleaning on a residential, rental property and we made an appointment for him to come out and give me a quote. His pricing was very fair and we could schedule for the following day. I had to push back the time a bit and he was very amenable to that. On the day of the service, he was there promptly. The windows look great and he worked quickly but thoroughly. After he completed the project, he even offered to help me with a window issue that was outside of his scope of work. What a bonus!
