Review: Absolutely wonderful to bring my car to this shop! My normal mechanic refused to take my car for an oil change, so I sent an email to Fran’s Automotive to get an appointment. They were able to squeeze me in within two days!! Incredible customer service. I’ll be returning to Fran’s for sure. It’s hard to find a good, reliable shop these days and I felt they explained everything to me perfectly and didn’t upsell a thing — just told me what was wrong and what else I needed. They even offered to show me the issues. Anyone looking for a mechanic… this is your place!!!
