I had reached out to them and they had quickly made the issues right! I had not heard back but did get ahold of someone on my third call at the end of the day. Pricing for a sedan was $350, for their basic carbon film. Was hoping it would work out based on the reviews I read but it was $100-$130 more than the shops in Norwich and New London.— In regard to your response. I had stated that seemed high and asked if that was ceramic or a higher grade tint. She stated ceramic is available for double the price after asking someone else what brand you use ( solar guard ) and “this isn’t Amazon junk, quality film only professionals have access to.” I stated that still seemed high for a sedan and she was silent and said nothing in regard to any other options. Clarity and pleasant staff on the other end of the call would have great. I ran a tint/ 12volt shop for a decade and couldn’t Imagine my staff interacting so poorly.
