Review: I have a large, 3-piece dining room table with a one piece glass top. I asked them to cut the glass so I could remove the leaf. They arrived on time, removed the glass, cut the glass at their shop and reinstalled it within 1 1/2 hours!!!!!! And at a very fair price!!!! Both workers were friendly and professional!!!! I would highly recommend this company!!!!!!

Review: Well, I’m giving this family-run small business 5-stars!!
Not because we had any immediate need for their products, but because we ended up in an unfortunate circumstance, where our car just stopped and would not restart at a stoplight, right at the footsteps of their business. The entire team came out to give a helping hand, including their teenage daughter. After assisting us in getting the car from off the busy road, all the men proceeded to look under the hood to see what the possible problem could be.
As if that wasn’t enough, the ladies went and got us chairs to sit on and bottled water to drink until we could figure out our next step. We asked about wrecker services and they directed us to the neighboring business that offered that service.
There was no obligation for any of them to extend that deep level of care and humanity toward us.
This gives me the confidence that If they would go the extra mile for a complete non-paying stranger, then they would absolutely take care of their customers.
If you’re in the CT area and in need of their services, I would recommend checking them out. Their kindness and customer service alone should win you over 😃
