I dropped my car off so they could put on a clear protective film that was a part of my new car’s warranty. They said it would be done by lunch. Then it wasn’t. Then they called and asked if they could keep it until the next day. I told them that I couldn’t because I had to work out of town. I confirmed an appt for another day. My wife went to pick up the keys and they wouldn’t let her have it! They said they couldn’t do it until tomorrow. Now I have no car and have to choose between going to work and taking my kids to school. All of this after confirming a separate appointment. Worst communication and worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
