I made an appointment 1.5 weeks ago, paid half down for deposit, showed up 20 minutes before my appointment, and Paul told me to take my business elsewhere because he wasn’t transparent when telling me I’d need to leave my car there all day, when in the 3 prior conversations I had with him and another worker there, I was never informed that would be the situation. I live in LA Jara so that is something I needed to know prior to my appointment. Instead he told me when i arrived for my appointment and He did not care, nor did he try to resolve the situation. He told me to get a refund and go somewhere else. So I did. Paul is a horrible businessman with no respect for locals who try to give him business. I tried to stay local but people like Paul are the reasons valley folk travel outside the valley for services. He’s been in business 33 years and this is how he treats local customers. Very trashy, despicable, and completely unprofessional! I will most definitely advise people to look elsewhere for any work they wanted Paul to do. I will most definitely tell people my experience and how horribly I was treated by Paul. My family has given him plenty of business over the years, but not any longer! PS, Paul you might wanna look for a new flower shop my family owns the one you’ve been going to :)
