They quoted me for a service began the service and then called to increase the price mid service due to an error on the end of their parts department. They told me I could omit necessary parts of the service or pay more. ( I didn’t not have a choice) When I asked if they could meet me in the middle or work something out the service manager was very, very rude and told me they were unwilling to do anything. This was a ONE day service they ended up taking THREE days! I left the shop, feeling genuinely dissatisfied and completely taken advantage of. Would NOT recommend base upon my experience. They were friendly and easy to talk to, continually gave updates and estimates throughout the process, and were generally extremely helpful. Their shop is clean, orderly and seems to be well run! They are able to accurately diagnose the problem you came in for, without telling you that you need unnecessary repairs. Their time and cost estimates are accurate and they communicate with you throughout the entire repair process. Their pricing is competitive and they use premium products/oils. Its a locally owned business who I’ll continue to support.
