Pricing very competitive and the fact that they are LOCAL is amazing. Installed 5 windows and the entire project took approximately 1/2 a day. Excellent cleanup then a final walkthrough for the project was performed and then a week later another follow up call. The four man team arrived early on the scheduled date and wasted no time getting started. These installers moved fast but with no cutting of corners under the eye of this Do-It-Yourself-er. Chris the general project manager stopped by in the afternoon to check on the work, explain the window construction, and answer any questions. Pricing was in the middle but remember quality and service should be factored into your purchase plans. It also took nearly 5 months from initial quote to installation so consider the manufacturing and shipping (by another company) into your timeline. I wanted to wait to leave a review so we could live with the windows for a while, and now we have experienced them in both very cold and very hot conditions. I cannot believe the difference these windows have made to the comfort of our home! The windows were original 43 year old windows and made from aluminum. It was tough to get them out and those men worked hard! They did a very good job on the installation. We noted instantly how much quieter our home is now, and noticably warmer in winter and now significantly cooler in summer. We chose Restoration windows and am glad we did.The insulation they provide is great. We have several south facing windows in our kitchen and the way these windows reflect the heat out is amazing! What was always the hottest room in the house is now one of the coolest in summer and comfy in winter. One of the biggest factors for choosing Bluebird was the value they provide. Prices so much more reasonable than some of the other pushy companies we also looked into. John the sales person gave us the information and options we needed to pick the perfect windows. Kevin made sure we were happy as small things came up. He went above and beyond for us. I really do feel that if we have any issues Bluebird will be there for us. Kevin and Bobby (?) were a pleasure to work with as our project manager and door installer. Everyone else I met and worked with were friendly and quick in providing a quote and scheduling the install. There was a bit of a wait for the door to be made, but I’m assuming this is standard for custom doors. Bluebird’s price quote came in around the same as the other one or two places we consulted with in the beginning. We chose them because they were the easiest to communicate with and for their general good vibes. The delivery took some time as expected, but once the windows were in the team immediately set us up for the next available day. Unbelievably clean team. No dust or dirt anywhere, as they used drop clothes and walk ways throughout the house. Bluebird was the most reasonably priced out of 3 quotes and gave us better windows. The crew (Rubin) was exceptional! I was worried after reading horror stories of Home Depot/Anderson installations online but Bluebird delivered on their promise. 2 days, 23 windows including a huge Window wall in our A-Frame home. The crew was fast, had a high attention to detail and I could tell took a ton of pride in their work (which creates a great vibe on the worksite, day of installation). They left the worksite clean and tidy, in and out with no complications. Windows look and work great!!! Project Management & Support: Jerry was a pleasure to work with, he was onsite during installation to ensure everything was smooth. No construction project is perfect and I appreciated that Jerry was here to help problem solve some minor challenges in the moment offering solutions (on our trim) helping us move forward quickly. Very responsive, solutions oriented and decisive. These are the right attributes you want in a partner, grateful for that! Overall: Buying new windows can be expensive and overwhelming. We did our research and are grateful for the end to end process that Bluebird delivered.
