They told me the insurance company hadn’t reached out to them, turns out it was shuffled under a stack of papers on their messy desk. Then the day of my appointment, I call to tell them I’m gunna be about 15 minutes behind. He tells me we can’t do it then. I get it, I’m late to an appointment I had for weeks. But something is funky with scheduling if you can’t fudge 15 mins. It puts me out with my insurance company something fierce. I don’t think customer service is a priority there. I hate that it’s the only auto glass spot in town. They said they would get back to me with my quote after I give them all my information, received no callback and then I called them back the following day and they didn’t even know who I was or what I was talking about and asked for my information again, if this is The beginning of how their businesses is ran I would highly suggest going somewhere else. I’m sure they’re quality of work matches. Extremely rude customer service to get an appointment after a three week delay. Three weeks pass, and the appointment has been given to another customer. But the way the receptionist answered the phone today was completely uncalled for. Lady we had never met never talked before why are you so mad. Im clearly not having a great time either if im calling a repair shop but lets keep it kind, Im sure they’re great but lets work on that customer service.
