The NEXT DAY the windshield had cracked. They didn’t bother to drill the holes at the edges to terminate the cracks. There’s no guarantee or warranty on the work. They offered to take the $35 charge off of a full replacement windshield but even after that they were more expensive than other places in town that we got bids from. We will not use them again. Response to owner: I don’t know what your policies are but your employees are not following them. My husband checked the chip more than once there were no holes drilled at each side of the crack to prevent spreading. We can see the glue. No holes. And if you actually care about customer service, maybe train your front people not to respond with “But we already ordered the part” instead of “how can we keep your business.” And of course not doing anything until a 1-star review is posted.
