Review: Wiley has been so good to us and transparent. He lets us know an estimate but also says that he has to look at the vehicle in order to truly know what is wrong. We’ve been very happy with the communication with Wiley. Prices are fair and turnaround time has been fine with us (time to repair the vehicle.) I’ve gotten estimates and turnaround time from some good car places but am just really happy with Landmark so far for several issues with several of our vehicles.

Review: Great service at a fair price. They stand by their repairs and give you straight-up advice. I had a faulty rear axel seal replaced by Landmark a few months back. A few months later, As I was getting ready for a drive to the east coast, I noticed the new seal had failed. Hey, it happens…. I understand. I brought my truck back to them and Wiley promptly squeezed me in. They replaced the faulty seal at no cost on the same day. Landmark is my go to garage from now on!!!

Review: Terrible customer service and overall attitude. I would shy away if possible. Being one of few options have led business like this to get away with treating customers and people poorly.
Edit: As you can see if you read any poor review to this establishment you will see they have a history of denial and deflection. Excuses won’t take away from the fact you treated me unfairly. I am very much a local and also work in the community. I was on duty when you originally called and tried several times to return your call. Your problem is with SimpleTire and you took it out on me. All I did was order tires and selected you because I heard you were good. Sorry my tires were big, didn’t realize you discriminate against tire size. I didn’t deserve your attitude.
