While I was generally satisfied with the results, I found the overall attention to detail fell short of my expectations given the price point. Upon inspection, I noticed several areas that required further attention. For instance, there was buffing wheel residue left behind in certain spots, which I was able to wipe away myself. Additionally, there were noticeable water spots and areas behind the door handles that were missed entirely. Since my vehicle is brand new and didn’t require significant cleaning or paint correction, I anticipated a flawless exterior detail. I did request that the vehicle be taken back into the shop to address these concerns, which was accommodated, but I feel these issues should have been caught during the initial service. I also emphasized that I was in no rush to have the work completed, ensuring ample time for a thorough detailing process. Unfortunately I didn’t notice that the areas behind the door handles were not hit until after I got home. For the price, I would rate this service a 7/10. They offered to discount the replacement which due to pricing increases ended up being more expensive than the initial one anyway and then still insisted on charging me for the labor which was only like 1.5hrs anyway. I went somewhere else and replaced it with a different brand and was much happier. I hope this review saves you time. We spent many hours driving back and forth to Broomfield and many hours waiting for work/rework and assessments of what was wrong. Our body shop brought our car here to have it detailed and to try and eliminate the smoke odor inside the car. When we picked it up, you would never know that the car had been in a fire. We then decided to try our luck with Aerosuds in cleaning the back seat of our Jeep that had also been in the garage. They said they would do what they could, and we were more than pleased with the results – again, no smoke smell remained. And the price was more than reasonable, especially when considering the cost of a new backseat!
