From the moment the work was performed, it was evident that the quality was non-existent. Bubbles and marks throughout.I was advised that it would clear in 2 weeks, which I understood as a lie immediately but gave it a chance regardless. I notice later the guys left the tape, razor blade, and other tools used for the job in my backseat. Razor blades on the floor, unbelievable! Luckily I found them rather than my kids. I was given no receipt, and cash only. Card reader was supposedly down, first red flags. This “business” needs to understand the impact of rapport and word of mouth, I am a local business owner/operator in the automotive industry with questions of referrals regularly. This is a business that will definitely no be advised and will be warned of staying clear of. I consulted with another local tint shop and the first expression was “I can’t believe that place is still in business” as the local reputation is so poor. I would not trust these guys around my kids, let alone my vehicle. NO REFUNDS of course and an offer to allow them to redo a service is not an option. Untrustworthy and very unprofessional environment from the moment you walk in. Cheap prices, you get what you pay for. I purchased ceramic tint which was analyzed at another tint shop as illegitimate.
