Review: Worst customer service ever, be aware!!! They don’t care or value customer’s time. Even with an appointment at 10 am, you should expect to wait there for 3-4 hours or you need to leave the car and pick it up later. No one told me that in advance! Initially, the staff made a mistake for the reservation even I called in 3 weeks earlier. He seems throwing random dates without looking at the schedules, I even confirmed the date with him, guess what, He didn’t make the reservation from the beginning. So I have to go back. That is simply ridiculous and very disappointed customer services I ever had!
