When I requested a quote, they responded very quickly, within 10 minutes or so. I needed a full windshield replacement and this company was able to provide same-day service. On top of that, they came to me and did it right in the lot where I work, so it was incredibly convenient and easy for me. They were very prompt, arrived on-time exactly when they promised, they were clean, professional and very friendly. They also charged exactly the price which was quoted. I would definitely use this company’s service again and would highly recommend them! Being a single mom, I desperately needed my car to get around . Moses repaired my window for $305. That same day when I tried putting my window down, It was not going down smoothly. It was making a noise and it was forced as it was going down or up. When I texted Moses to inform him , he replied he had noticed that, but that the window was after market and they don’t come perfectly fine. He said we could order the original from the dealer, but that would be an additional $200. Wondered why that is not communicated to the customer beforehand? at a price of over $500, I would have taken it straight to the dealer which quoted me less than that. I also asked what would happen if we did do the swap and it still had the same problem. I asked if it could be an issue with the mechanism. He responded ” it should take care of the problem.” Here I am, a little over two months later and my car window completely collapsed (see picture ). Naturally ,I reached out to Moses since it’s been less than 3 months from the initial repair and assumed he would take care of the problem and would back up his work. He stated it was most likely a window regulator and he came up with a $200 estimate for a local auto part. I thought it was too much and when I googled it, I found it for $35 at auto zone. He then said you can get the part then” and would charge $100 to repair it . When I asked him if he guaranteed his initial work he replied very rudely by saying “I’m not playing games if you want to get it done call me.” Naturally, I was not willing to continue business with Moses and sadly I have to pay to take my vehicle somewhere else to get this window repaired which requires taking time off work and paying Ubers and so forth. It’s been stressful and very disappointing. I will be contacting Better Business Bureau and post on any and all social media platforms possible and share with coworkers, family, and friends. Luckily, I have my bank transaction, text messages, phone calls, home cameras that recorded Moses doing the work as proof of what I’m stating. By the way, my car was left completely dirty so I had to take it to a car wash. I just hope this review helps people that are searching for window replacement and that this doesn’t happen to anyone else.:( Also, you should not reply rudely to customers even to the ones that have left you bad reviews.)
