Super happy with the service and time efficiency. Dropped my vehicle at 10am and was fully ready for pick up at 11:20am. Per my request they did in one piece for back window. Overall very happy with the service. Price may seem high but acceptable for quality workmanship and service. Researching on xpel ceramic tint offering ahead of time will help. Everyone does not like remote customer service. I found them attentive and quick to reply. I have done Tesla Model Y front, rear, back and windshield tinting with XPEL XR Plus for $1500 including tax and ticket protection. The EXACT same service costs $950 including tax at LUXTINT, Livermore. This also includes ticket protection. They charged me $550 above the market price! Customer service is all virtual. Also no human interaction type customer support is also utterly unsatisfactory. While delivering they should at least consider talking to customers to address concerns. They are just ripping off customers. There are many good options around, so avoid this even if they claim they provide great quality service, which is nothing but publicity stunt!
