Review: My wife and I purchased a new Y model Tesla in the color white with plans to get it color wrapped. We have family members who got their car wrapped from another shop in the OC, so we contacted that shop first. After waiting a couple days with no reply, we found Precision One through Yelp. I talked to Richard (co-owner with Javier) and he gave me his cell #. Finally heard back from someone at the other shop and got a quote. Prices at both these shops were similar but I felt rushed and got short answers from the OC shop. We initially went with Precision One because of the stand out customer service that Richard provided and we were not disappointed.
Throughout the entire process, from day one, we were updated on the progress and even got pictures every now and then. All the services we got: full color change wrap, 360 ceramic tint, satin black powder wheel coating, chrome delete of emblems, and bronze painting of the calipers (Richard’s suggestion, which was the cherry on top).
My wife keeps saying how in love she is with the car. She’s saying it’s our new baby :) We get compliments on it all the time. I cannot say enough how much I recommend Precision One. Thanks Richard and Javier!

Review: Rich and his team are just amazing! I reached out for his assistance on redoing the passenger side mirror’s PPF. They did an amazing job on our car’s full PPF, ceramic coating, tinted windows, etc. It is important to note this WAS NOT the team’s fault and simply more on the malfunctioned parts. Because the side mirror cap had to be replaced, I also needed to get it protected again so I reached out to Rich. As expected, Rich responded promptly and said they can help. What’s more impressive is that Rich offered to help at no cost! I’m always impressed on how Rich delivers customer service. Never take advantage of these good deeds and good deeds must be rewarded so I insisted to TIP his team instead. Thank you, Rich and team for just being amazing people. I hope this review brings more business to you because you guys deserve it.
