Review: Not happy. Normal windshield rock damage. I believe I could have done better myself from a retail shop repair kit. Price was to high. Don’t think you are going to get a better job. By paying high price. Nobody there. Rushed me in and rushed me out. With a bad job done. I told them I’m not in a hurry take your time. I will not be coming back to this shop ever,. Sorry, you asked for a review, so here it is. I should get my money back.. I do not recommend this shop….

Review: i was driving by and stopped to get a quote. After a bit of haggle, i received the quote. I had her write it down and give me her name on another person’s business card. Later that afternoon,I received a confirmation of the account started by me providing my telephone number. The next day, I received an offer: $30 off if i made an appointment or responded with a letter. I responded. i received no response. Then I received the identical text, same offer. This time i telephoned and scheduled the appointment. This was a Wednesday. Appointment scheduled for the next Monday @ 8 am. I arrive early. I take a seat outside the door. At 8am, the door opens. They want to know what my quote is. And i tell them. I am glad I had Rachel write it down on their card. Then, I show them the text regarding the incremental $30 off. They cannot help me until the boss comes in. They just keep talking. There are two of them, males, sketchy, unintelligent. repeating for instance, “You wouldn’t want us to start the work with the wrong quote. We must confirm.” Okay. Couldn’t this or shouldn’t this have been done prior to my arrival? I live out in De Luz/Fallbrook, a half hour away. More gibberish, nonsense. I was getting an overall negative feeling. The guy kept having me leave the building to discuss the key. It was in the console. I told him several times. The car was unlocked but he kept coming in. He told me it was locked. I go back inside. There is ash raining down from the fire. He comes in and gets me again. He wants to discuss how I might want to replace the rubber. They do not carry it and it won’t affect the installation. But he needs to let me know. That last time, I left my tote inside.
Eventually the boss comes in. 8:25. They have moved the car in to the staging area. He, the boss, tells me there is a “glitch” in the system. That is why i received the offer. I told him i received it twice on separate days. I told him I this should have been established prior to my appointment. He is rude, late, and now it is my problem. So, i tell him he is late, should have been prepared, and he tells me his guys were here. But they’re not allowed to do anything until he arrives. Then i tell him he is rude. He literally kicks me out. I am thankful to be leaving. I go to get my fuel at Costco and then to get an iced coffee across the street. I go to pay and my wallet is gone. This wallet is burgundy dome topped HCL, hand crafted leather goods, no longer available, very rare, made in Germany. It only has cash in it.
It gets better. I call another glass repair shop. They are performing the work at noon. They gave me a price and i said fine and booked it. Eventually, i told him the story. He gave me the extra $10 off to match Auto Glass Now’s “super deal”. He said he couldn’t wait to replace my negative experience. His name is Jack.
Stay away from this shop. The Shop Manager’s name is Oscar Ruvalcaba. They are located at 27640 Commerce Center Drive, Suite 101, Temecula. I believe Oscar suffers from anger issues and was unable to accept someone telling him that there was definitely room for improvement in management, service, client care, organization, and business. His ego and character got in his way.

Review: I visited early last year (2021) for a windshield replacement, I wanted to wait before writing a review to see how the work held up and give a fair assessment.
The good – the glass has held up great, the quality and the install seems to be very well done. The person I scheduled with and talked to initially was extremely helpful and absolutely fantastic. The part number matched OEM and is perfect, the pricing was great as well.
The bad – the installation day was a disaster, the technician was very unprofessional. Tech disconnected my dash cam, which I understand had to be done, but refused to reinstall it. Didn’t seem like a big deal in that moment so I said whatever, but later found out my car was taken on a nearly 10 mile joyride to ‘test drive it’, and OnStar flagged several ‘hard acceleration’ and ‘hard braking’ events during that drive, now I know why it was left unplugged. The second I got in the car, it had multiple errors relating to lane guidance and camera sensors, turns out they never calibrated the lane keep assist camera. When I asked about this, they said they’ll clear the error and calibrate it (which I had already paid $300 for). Long story short, they couldn’t calibrate it and said it was broken, the tech tried to argue about what model of car I had, and then called the manager and said I was complaining (right in front of me). I had to fight with the corporate office for a refund on the calibration, I then took the car to a GM dealer that same day and it was calibrated no problem, it wasn’t broken at all, the guy just had no idea what he was doing. Dealer only charged $240 for that service FYI.
Overall, the parts and the work done were nice, but the tech was unprofessional and disrespectful. Lying about the lane keep camera being broken? I have a fairly niche car, if you don’t know how to do it that’s fine but you could at least be honest about it. And taking my car out on a joyride? Get outta here. Maybe I just got a bad tech, everyone else seemed great, but I won’t take the chance of finding out.

Review: How can you review a business that 1) doesn’t pick up their phone, 2) gives you a quote and says they’ll call back with a time and then 3) you have to call back for schedule and they tell you they don’t come to your house until it’s convenient for them. They state they service my area… but perhaps they shouldn’t. WASTE OF TIME. Plus the quote was outrageous.
